Calling all photographers, both amateur and professional
We need your help! Got any photos of people experiencing the Grand Teton? Then
send them our way for a chance to be featured on the Wyoming Travel and Tourism

1. Specifications:
We are looking for high quality photos that capture people and families experiencing the Grand Tetons. Here are our requirements…
a. 1600 x 1200 (w x h)
b. CMYK, JPEG Format
c. At least 300 DPI
d. Each photo cannot be more than 6mb
e. Must include people in the photo
2. Restrictions:
a. No recognizable faces unless written permission has been obtained
b. No inappropriate content (i.e. nudity, sexual content, slander, etc.)
3. Submit Your Photo(s):
a. Make sure that you’re subscribed to the Wyoming Travel and Tourism eNewsletter. If not, subscribe here!
b. Email your entries to us directly at Ashley.bruner@visitwyo.gov according to the following instructions:
i. Write “Wyoming Photo Contest” in the Subject Header of your Email
ii. If submitting more than one photo directly via email, compress the files into a zipped folder and send the folder as an attachment
c. Photo Information: Answer the following attribution requirements in the body of your email for each submitted photo:
i. Your Name
ii. Title (5 words max)
iii. Location
iv. Landmark/Object Name
v. Optional: Brief Description (100 Characters Max)
4. Licensing:
By submitting your photos to this contest, you agree to the following:
a. You are certifying that the photo is rightfully yours
b. You are agreeing to share your rights with Wyoming Travel & Tourism in accordance with Creative Commons License: Attribution-Non Commercial 3.0 Un-ported
c. We will appropriately credit you for your original creation, but will not provide compensation
